Tiffany & Co. Gold Coast: Operations Executive role overseeing inventory, customer service, and team supervision. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all inventory operations including stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage monitoring, and assortment planning to maintain optimal stock levels
- Supervise and coordinate customer service functions related to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale customer offerings
- Oversee client services operations including telephone inquiries, stock availability verification, and post-sale support
- Manage all receiving and shipping functions, including liaison with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and Australian customs authorities to ensure local compliance
- Collaborate with store management to ensure back-of-house processes and systems align with required service standards
- Manage, coach, develop, and train staff members
Qualifications
- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
- Minimum three years' retail stock management or inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry
- Problem-solving ability and strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven multi-tasking experience with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Education
Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life and work experience.
