Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Coordinate security team operations and manage inventory cycles and full counts.
  • Collaborate with store management and sales teams to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, including jewelry presentation security protocols.
  • Report directly to the Store Director/Manager and Head of Operations at the corporate level.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and/or operations.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for business conversations and reading comprehension.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, preferably with an accounting focus.

Skills

Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude. Flexibility to work a 6-day work week schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism among clients and team members.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or operations within a retail or luxury environment.

Education

Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, preferably with an accounting focus.
