Role & Responsibilities
- Lead back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory.
- Coordinate client service activities and act as a manager on duty when necessary.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Execute sales support functions to achieve store sales targets.
- Capture customer data to cultivate relationships.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist management in coordinating work and coaching team members.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations.
Education
Preferred: College/university degree; Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
