Tiffany & Co. in Los Angeles seeks an Operations Coordinator (Topanga) to manage store operations, inventory and client service. $26.35–$35.65/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
- Act as key holder and manager on duty when required; open/close the store and coordinate day‑to‑day workflow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure strict adherence to internal control procedures.
- Clean and prepare jewelry, process and track repairs, and ensure presentation standards for merchandise.
- Support store sales by collecting customer data, executing clienteling activities and driving key product pillars.
- Implement and act on NPS and client feedback to elevate the in‑store experience and hospitality.
- Coach and mentor team members, assist management with work allocation and suggest process improvements to increase productivity.
- Resolve client and employee concerns using sound judgement and knowledge of policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexible approach to duties and capacity to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs.
- Preferred: college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail operations experience, with hands‑on exposure to inventory control, order fulfillment, merchandising and client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework preferred.
