Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
  • Act as key holder and manager on duty when required; open/close the store and coordinate day‑to‑day workflow.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure strict adherence to internal control procedures.
  • Clean and prepare jewelry, process and track repairs, and ensure presentation standards for merchandise.
  • Support store sales by collecting customer data, executing clienteling activities and driving key product pillars.
  • Implement and act on NPS and client feedback to elevate the in‑store experience and hospitality.
  • Coach and mentor team members, assist management with work allocation and suggest process improvements to increase productivity.
  • Resolve client and employee concerns using sound judgement and knowledge of policy and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Flexible approach to duties and capacity to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs.
  • Preferred: college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.

Experience
