Role & Responsibilities
- Lead back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment
- Serve as key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing opening and closing procedures
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and sales; capture customer data to cultivate existing and new clientele
- Execute operational tasks including jewelry cleaning, repair intake, merchandise transfers, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with internal control procedures
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience through consistent, memorable client interactions and brand ambassador comportment
- Coordinate hospitality and store amenities to optimize the in-store experience; act on client feedback and service performance metrics
- Resolve client and employee concerns utilizing judgment and comprehensive knowledge of company policy, procedure, and practice
- Communicate effectively with sales professionals, management, and clients to respond promptly to requests and coordinate team activities
- Support company operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Must currently be based in and hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- 2–3 years of retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work (preferred)
