Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator role in London. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and deliver the Tiffany Experience. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations and coordinate daily store activities including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers
- Manage inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company operational policies
- Perform key holder duties and act as manager on duty, coaching team members and coordinating work when managers are unavailable
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing memorable client interactions, demonstrating brand ambassador qualities, and resolving client and employee concerns with sound judgment
- Execute hospitality best practices, optimize store amenities, and act upon client feedback through the TEI (Tiffany Experience Initiative) program
- Support store sales goals by capturing customer data, deepening client relationships, and driving business through key product pillars
- Maintain operational excellence by executing opening and closing procedures, cleaning and transferring jewelry, processing repairs, and maximizing productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry is advantageous.
Education
College or university degree is preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or coursework is preferred but not required.
