Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, replenishment, transfers and merchandise maintenance.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and compliance with internal controls; conduct inventory processes and partner with management to resolve discrepancies.
  • Act as key holder and manager on duty when required — opening/closing the store, coordinating daily workflows and mentoring team members.
  • Process and coordinate jewelry repairs and cleaning; ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
  • Provide sales support and clienteling assistance to deepen client relationships, collect customer data, and help achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Implement and optimise standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiency and elevate the in‑store client experience (NPS-driven).
  • Communicate cross‑functionally with Sales Professionals and Store Management to follow up on client requests and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; adaptable to changing daily priorities.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail operations experience, including hands‑on responsibility for merchandising, inventory control, shipping/receiving and customer service; experience acting as manager on duty preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is a plus.
