Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
  • Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
  • Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
  • Execute operations and sales support functions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and acting on feedback.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising and client service.

Education

A college/university degree is desired. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
