Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator in Indianapolis to lead back-of-house store operations, coordinate fulfillment, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations within the store, acting as manager on duty in the absence of management
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Manage client service activities and capture customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Execute opening and closing store procedures as a key holder
- Demonstrate the Tiffany Experience by delivering memorable brand interactions and resolving client concerns with thorough knowledge of policy and procedure
- Perform jewelry cleaning, transfers, and repair intake following company operational policies
- Partner with sales professionals and management to respond quickly and accurately to requests and provide operational support
- Drive business through key product pillars while supporting store sales goals and initiatives
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create unique client experiences and act on feedback from the Tiffany Experience Initiative program
- Coach and assist team members to improve performance when serving as manager on duty
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask based on day-to-day business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on retail operations experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in merchandising, client service, administrative functions, and shipping procedures.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.53 to USD 26.50 per hour.
