Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers to ensure operational continuity.
- Act as key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, executing opening/closing procedures and resolving client or employee issues with sound judgement.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures through daily reconciliations and process adherence.
- Support sales and clienteling by capturing customer data, coordinating client service activities and partnering with Sales Professionals to drive lifetime client value.
- Perform item care activities such as cleaning merchandise and coordinating jewelry repairs, and partner with the operations professional to optimise store workflows and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in operations with demonstrable knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven organisational acuity and strong attention to detail with the flexibility to perform varied tasks across daily business needs.
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and to act as a key holder/manager on duty when required.
- Preferred: college/university degree; Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.

Experience
2–3 years of prior retail operations experience; hands‑on exposure to merchandising, order fulfilment, inventory control, shipping/receiving and client service in a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework is a plus.
