Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator in Houston—lead retail operations, inventory, and client service to drive sales and deliver luxury experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations in the store, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with internal control procedures
- Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, and merchandise transfers while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Serve as Guest Experience Manager and key holder, acting as manager on duty and conducting store opening and closing procedures when required
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and sales by capturing customer data and executing sales support functions
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience during every client interaction, demonstrating brand ambassador behaviors and resolving concerns with thorough knowledge of policy and procedure
- Support store leadership on key initiatives that drive team performance and sales goals, coordinating client service activities and hospitality services
- Optimize store amenities and respond to client feedback and TEI (Tiffany Experience Index) performance metrics to create unique experiences
- Partner effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond quickly and accurately to requests
- Coach team members and coordinate work when acting as manager on duty to improve overall team performance
- Maximize operational productivity and provide feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations, including comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Experience in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree from a college or university is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred but not required.
