Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator in Frankfurt to manage store operations, inventory and post‑sales service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store merchandise: receive shipments, prepare transfers, manage Carnet and Travel Collection stock and ensure inventory accuracy to optimise client service.
  • Monitor daily high-value counts, maintain returns reporting and lead cycle counts and annual physical inventory preparation and execution.
  • Coordinate price changes, merges, re-classes and ticketing updates; process merchandise requests, special orders and back orders.
  • Manage post-sales client service: enter and monitor repair/engraving orders, communicate estimates, perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Support sales and client development by assisting on the sales floor, processing merchandise orders, supporting store events and handling marketing-related merchandise requests.
  • Administer store operations: manage supplies (sundries, packaging, hospitality), verify daily inventory and invoice approvals, perform cashiering and accounts payable tasks, and act as the store liaison for facilities, IT, security and health & safety.
  • Maintain operational support systems (inventory systems, supplier ordering), follow up on audit issues and manage record retention; answer incoming client calls with high service standards.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, shipping/receiving and client service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; comfortable using inventory systems and basic store IT tools.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to uphold Tiffany & Co. brand and service standards.
  • Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in operations, including hands-on work with inventory control, merchandising, shipping/receiving and post-sales service. Experience in a luxury or high‑value goods environment preferred.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational diploma or certification in retail, commerce or logistics preferred.
