Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform all back-of-house operations and serve as key holder and manager on duty when store leadership is unavailable
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, and stock transfers, including cycle counts and inventory audits across omnichannel services
  • Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational procedures
  • Maintain pristine store presentation and support operational organization of hospitality, personalization, gifting, and client service activities
  • Manage payment processes and security protocols across omnichannel, cash, and service payment channels
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as a key holder
  • Partner with store leadership on strategic initiatives that support team performance and drive sales goals
  • Leverage brand knowledge and passion for Tiffany & Co. to support Client Advisors in curating memorable client experiences
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment aligned with the company's belief that People Make the Difference
  • Propose operational improvements to store leadership and support adoption of new systems and tools

Qualifications

  • Currently based in and authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland
  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to changing business needs
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)

Experience
