Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator in Coral Gables to manage retail operations, inventory, and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all back-of-house operations and serve as key holder, acting as manager on duty in the absence of management
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend; capture customer data to cultivate new and existing clientele
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador, executing Client Experience Behaviors and acting as Guest Experience Manager
  • Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, and repair intake
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy while maximizing productivity
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond and follow up on requests quickly and accurately
  • Provide coaching and performance support to team members when acting as manager on duty
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures as required

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of prior retail experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks based on day-to-day business needs
  • Flexibility to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience

2–3 years of retail operations experience with demonstrated knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.

Education
