Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator role in Chicago; manage retail operations, inventory, and client service for $24.65–$29/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers
  • Execute daily operational tasks such as cleaning and storing jewelry, processing repairs, and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and capture customer data during interactions
  • Serve as Guest Experience Manager and key holder, acting as manager on duty in the absence of store leadership
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures, ensuring compliance with internal control policies
  • Deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing exceptional client service and resolving concerns with thorough knowledge of policy and procedure
  • Support team coaching and performance improvement when acting as manager on duty
  • Maximize operational efficiency and provide feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of prior retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and brand representation

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of retail operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in merchandising, client service, administrative support, and shipping operations. Prior experience as a key holder or in a supervisory capacity is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. College or university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.
