Tiffany & Co. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in Berlin (Kudamm) to manage inventory, post‑sales service and daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory control, shipping/receiving and merchandise transfers to other locations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and preparation for annual physical inventory; monitor Daily High Value counts and returns reporting.
  • Manage post‑sales client service: process and monitor repair/engraving orders, provide estimates, and perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings.
  • Support sales and client development by assisting on the sales floor, processing merchandise orders, partnering on store events and fulfilling marketing/press merchandise requests.
  • Oversee store administration: manage supplies, packaging and hospitality, verify daily inventory and invoice approvals, perform cashier/accounts payable tasks, and act as the store liaison for facilities, IT, security and health & safety.
  • Coordinate price changes, ticketing, merges and re‑classifications and follow up on audit issues and record retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations with demonstrable knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping/receiving.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Capacity to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local import/export regulations and experience handling high‑value merchandise.
  • Analytical aptitude preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations or store management roles, ideally within high‑end jewellery or luxury retail, with responsibility for inventory control, post‑sales service and administrative functions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualification in business, retail management, logistics or a related discipline preferred.
