Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. Lead in-store back-of-house operations, client service, and sales support. $24.65–$33.35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandise coordination
- Serve as key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing opening and closing procedures
- Deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty by capturing customer data during transactions and cultivating new and existing clientele
- Support the store in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through operational excellence and sales support
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences by demonstrating the Tiffany brand promise during every client interaction and optimizing hospitality
- Execute daily operational tasks including shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning, repair intake, and inventory accuracy verification
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control procedures and company operational policies while maximizing productivity and efficiency
- Manage client and employee concerns using sound judgment and comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Act as a Guest Experience Manager, taking action on customer feedback and Voice of Client Survey performance metrics
- Partner with Sales Professionals and management to respond and follow up on requests accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Candidate must demonstrate mastery of back-of-house functions and the ability to support sales-driven retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. College or university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.
