Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator role in Auckland, New Zealand. Full-time position managing inventory, customer service, and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate stock rebalances and replenishment activities
  • Manage and complete repair and service orders in a timely manner whilst meeting company service quality standards using approved Tiffany & Co. process guidelines
  • Respond to all customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person with appropriate timeliness and resolution following established procedures
  • Apply consultative one-to-one selling and product knowledge to develop and build ongoing customer relationships
  • Provide highest-standard customer follow-up to support client relationship development

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years retail sales experience in stock management and inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry
  • Solid attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven multi-tasking experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse clientele
  • Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours including weekends, late evenings, and holidays
