Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt of merchandise and prepare transfers to other boutique locations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and availability to optimize client service, including management of Carnet merchandise and Travel Collections
  • Monitor daily high-value inventory counts and maintain comprehensive returns reporting
  • Lead and coordinate cycle count procedures, physical inventory preparation, and annual inventory audits
  • Oversee price changes, merchandise reclassifications, and ticket updates across the boutique
  • Process merchandise requests and manage special orders and back-order follow-up
  • Deliver superior client service for all post-purchase service inquiries and requests
  • Ensure repair and engraving orders are entered, monitored, and completed in a timely manner, including estimate communication
  • Perform minor onsite repairs, cleanings, and specialized services within the client service area
  • Assist management in visual merchandising through scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory
  • Provide floor support as needed while delivering the distinctive Tiffany Experience
  • Partner with the sales team in processing merchandise orders in accordance with established procedures
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of store events and special occasions
  • Process marketing-specific merchandise requests, including press photography and editorial submissions
  • Manage all store supplies including packaging materials, sundries, and hospitality items
  • Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports
  • Act as liaison between the boutique and facilities and IT departments, follow up on audit findings, and manage record retention
  • Answer incoming calls and provide superior service to all clients
  • Execute daily cashier functions including accounts payable and cash-related reconciliation
  • Serve as Security and Health & Safety liaison for the boutique
  • Assist in the maintenance and implementation of operational support systems, including inventory management and supplier ordering platforms

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail experience in operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
  • Analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • IT knowledge and comfort with digital systems
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clients, colleagues, and management

Experience
