Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Associate in Queens, NY to manage after‑sales repair processing, shipping documentation and fulfillment ($20–$26/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare service center repair orders, ensuring accurate POS closeout, packing, manifesting and labeling in accordance with production and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain commercial invoices, shipping documents and export paperwork for domestic and international shipments, ensuring country‑specific regulatory compliance.
  • Manage inventory of packing and security supplies; maintain an organized, safe and secure workspace to protect client merchandise.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Service Center and internal stakeholders (stores, vendors, intra‑company facilities) to resolve order and repair issues.
  • Maintain and archive paperwork according to retention policies and support tracking of shipments through relevant systems.
  • Support management with escalations, projects, flexible assignments and ongoing operational tasks to meet business needs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business experience with a strong operational or logistics background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and strong English language and grammatical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to reprioritize tasks to meet changing daily business needs and to work overtime, including occasional weekends.
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree.
  • Preferred: Hands‑on experience in packing, distribution and/or quality assurance.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with jewellery, watches, clocks or silver products and prior experience in luxury retail, technical or operations roles.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of AS400, MIPS, POS or Compass and experience with shipping/tracking systems.

Experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or after‑sales service; prior exposure to luxury retail or technical service environments is advantageous.
