Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations and Program Management Specialist in New York to lead global TA operations, ORC administration and early‑career programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine and maintain end‑to‑end global talent acquisition processes, policies and procedures from attraction through preboarding.
  • Serve as primary Systems Administrator for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC): configure updates, test new functionality, troubleshoot and deliver global training.
  • Partner with HRIS, TA leadership, HRBPs and recruiters to align ORC and TA technologies with business needs and drive system enhancements.
  • Design, develop and deliver GTA Learning Labs and upskilling content focused on TA best practices, technology, and brand immersion.
  • Conduct regular compliance and audit activities (requisition audits, I‑9, background checks), communicate findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage TA vendor lifecycle: vendor selection support, onboarding, performance review and renewals; analyze vendor and technology performance data.
  • Support Early Careers programming including university relations, internship program operations, on‑campus interviewing and event execution.
  • Perform monthly budget reconciliation for GTA spending and support year‑end budget reviews and planning.
  • Participate in ad hoc GTA projects to advance global TA strategy, process harmonization and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations, program management or HR project management within a global organisation.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing and optimising global TA processes, policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance, labour laws and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting recruitment metrics and producing data‑driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to produce clear reporting and executive summaries.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required.
  • Preferred: prior Systems Administrator experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar enterprise ATS, experience with other HRIS platforms, vendor management and prior luxury retail TA exposure.
