Tiffany & Co. Operations Analyst in Mexico City - support store operations through process management, audits, and inventory control for luxury retail

Role & Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor all operational processes for Tiffany & Co. Mexico, ensuring adherence to corporate standards
  • Support process implementation and communication of global procedures for correct application in Mexico based on corporate standards
  • Collaborate with logistics department to ensure proper functionality and optimize store operations
  • Coordinate and conduct periodic internal audits across retail locations
  • Follow up on internal processes and develop action plans based on audit results to ensure operational compliance
  • Detect areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans in coordination with the Operations Manager
  • Coordinate and participate in annual inventory counts and oversee cyclical inventory cycles
  • Implement inventory control improvement measures and price change controls
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security and safety protocols established by headquarters
  • Coordinate store maintenance and equipment repairs through vendor oversight and communication with in-store operations professionals
  • Participate in coordination of operational, security, and product control processes for special brand events held on or off premises

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar operations analyst or store operations role
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience

Education

University degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline in operations, supply chain management, or organizational management.
