Tiffany & Co. Omnichannel Intern, Singapore: Six-month full-time internship in eCommerce, CRM, and digital operations (August 2026 start).
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the launch and testing of four new websites (frontend and backend) and assist with project coordination
- Support performance media initiatives with analytics, targeting, and campaign measurement
- Support data analytics and client insights with CRM campaign implementation
- Coordinate regional e-mailing newsletters and measure campaign performance
- Coordinate the Line CRM Binding project in Thailand
- Coordinate Client Care Center projects including software and hardware platform rollout
- Support data analytics and performance reporting on sales and clienteling activities
- Facilitate integration of Hong Kong and Taiwan markets into the Singapore contact center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn luxury retail concepts
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate proactivity
