Tiffany & Co. Omnichannel Intern, Singapore: Six-month full-time internship in eCommerce, CRM, and digital operations (August 2026 start).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the launch and testing of four new websites (frontend and backend) and assist with project coordination
  • Support performance media initiatives with analytics, targeting, and campaign measurement
  • Support data analytics and client insights with CRM campaign implementation
  • Coordinate regional e-mailing newsletters and measure campaign performance
  • Coordinate the Line CRM Binding project in Thailand
  • Coordinate Client Care Center projects including software and hardware platform rollout
  • Support data analytics and performance reporting on sales and clienteling activities
  • Facilitate integration of Hong Kong and Taiwan markets into the Singapore contact center

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn luxury retail concepts
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate proactivity
