Tiffany & Co. hiring Merchandising Director, South Asia Pacific in Singapore. Lead regional product strategy and merchandising execution for luxury jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic product leadership and support to the President, South Asia Pacific, serving as a thought partner on product strategy, commercial opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and execute regional merchandising strategies aligned with global business objectives and regional growth ambitions
  • Lead assortment optimization across Retail, E-commerce, and Retail Partners channels, determining pad count allocation and assortment architecture by store and collection
  • Drive category-level sales planning and forecasting for annual budgeting and commercial planning, partnering with Demand Planning to develop accurate projections
  • Collaborate with Inventory Planning to optimize inventory allocation, monitor inventory health, assortment productivity, and product lifecycle performance
  • Lead space optimization and caseline productivity initiatives, translating consumer analytics into actionable product recommendations
  • Oversee Creative Visual Merchandising strategy and governance across the region, ensuring consistent implementation of global standards and execution of seasonal campaigns
  • Curate event assortments aligned with commercial objectives, evaluate and coordinate High Jewelry requests and allocations, and monitor event performance
  • Develop and coach a high-performing merchandising organization, establishing clear goals, development plans, and performance KPIs for team members
  • Drive effective collaboration across Retail, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Learning & Development, and Global Merchandising functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of business experience with at least 5+ years in senior management in a regional capacity
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and lead effectively in a team environment
  • Operational excellence and self-motivation with strong drive for achievement
  • Agility and comfort working in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning applications
