Tiffany & Co. seeks a Merchandising Coordinator in New York to support North America merchandising, analytics and assortment strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain daily, weekly and monthly retail sales reports to inform assortment and inventory decisions.
- Analyze store, category and collection performance; recommend assortment updates and rebalances to maximise productivity and growth.
- Partner with Supply Chain and head-office product teams to improve forecast accuracy and identify inventory risks and opportunities.
- Lead performance deep dives and synthesize analytics into actionable, market-specific merchandising strategies.
- Manage daily stock movements, reorders and assortment flex to optimise in-store availability.
- Support and execute zone selling events, caravans and in-store activations to drive client recruitment and loyalty.
- Create clear, executive-level presentations to communicate analytic findings and support cross-functional decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and deliver special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of merchandising, retail planning or related experience, preferably within luxury retail or jewellery.
- Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational attention to detail and capacity to meet shifting deadlines.
- Agile and adaptable mindset; comfortable reacting quickly to evolving business needs.
- Effective communicator with experience preparing presentations and collaborating across matrixed teams.
