Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Performance team in Brazil and Chile.
  • Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance retail performance.
  • Analyze market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Prepare presentations and develop content for strategic meetings.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Retail, or a related field.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across multiple functional areas.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and strong decision-making skills.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong presentation and content development capabilities. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement. High level of agility and attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Compensation

The salary for this position is determined by Business France and is subject to quarterly adjustments of +/-10%.
