Tiffany & Co. Merchandising Associate in Dubai, UAE – Support product strategy and inventory optimization in this international VIE opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product assortment across the Middle East market
  • Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to identify commercial opportunities and trends
  • Forecast product demand and support inventory planning initiatives
  • Partner with stores to ensure optimal product allocation, replenishment, and stock optimization
  • Monitor product availability and support actions to maximize sell-through while maintaining brand standards
  • Assist with new collection launches and seasonal product transitions
  • Support merchandising projects and regional business initiatives aligned with commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance
  • Analyse client demand and market trends to support assortment decisions
  • Maintain merchandising tools, reports, and product databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support stores with merchandising-related requests and provide guidance on product availability
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and best practices within the merchandising function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous internship or experience in merchandising, retail, buying, planning, or business analysis (preferred)
  • Experience within luxury retail (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • French or Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
  • Be between 18 and 28 years old at the time of VIE registration
  • Be a citizen of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA)
  • Have fulfilled any national service obligations applicable in your country
  • Be eligible to register for the VIE programme administered by Business France

Experience
