Tiffany & Co. Media Specialist in Toronto, Canada. Plan, execute, and manage media campaigns across channels with strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution, trafficking, and optimization of media campaigns across all channels in partnership with Creative, Production, and agency teams
- Manage project timelines and coordinate approvals, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-schedule completion
- Track, analyze, and report on media performance across evergreen, seasonal, and high-impact campaigns
- Create and maintain campaign recap decks and support development of media and brand management presentations
- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders through clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication
- Partner across Media, eCommerce, PR, Events, Creative, and agency teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Foster collaboration, creative problem-solving, and accountability across all projects and teams
- Coordinate additional initiatives and ad hoc projects with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Track and manage media budgets by channel, campaign, and category for Finance and internal reporting
- Monitor spend across collections, campaigns, and channels, including production costs and agency fees
- Review and support approval of media insertion orders and related financial documentation
- Translate consumer, audience, and campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations
- Support reporting and analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve media effectiveness
- Bring forward industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and best practices to elevate planning and execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance cross-functional workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, media, retail marketing, agency, or brand management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build effective partnerships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- Mature, enthusiastic, analytical, and service-oriented professional committed to excellence and innovation
- Appreciation for luxury, style, and design
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, media, retail marketing, agency work, or brand management. Prior experience managing budgets and coordinating with creative, production, or project management teams is advantageous. Experience within luxury marketing, high-end retail, or premium consumer brands is preferred. Familiarity with media planning tools, ad-tech platforms, or campaign management systems is desirable.
