Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid media activities across digital channels (display, paid social, programmatic, search) to establish strong brand awareness and maximize Top of Mind Awareness (TOMA)
  • Monitor day-to-day campaign fulfillment and provide optimization insights based on Google Analytics and performance data
  • Coordinate communications between global teams and local stakeholders including landlords, publishers, media agencies, and direct channel partners to ensure seamless asset preparation and delivery
  • Develop and explore innovative media opportunities, premium placements, and never-before-executed formats across all channels including print, out-of-home, and digital
  • Manage owned social media channels (Facebook Korea and KakaoTalk) by developing content calendars, creating 3-4 postings per week aligned with global and local campaigns, and managing message delivery including captions and collection mapping
  • Analyze campaign results using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic planning and performance improvements
  • Track and manage budgets, media spend, and supplier payments according to approved finance workflows
  • Coordinate with media agencies and partners on post-media buying reports, media spend reports, and competitive analysis
  • Maintain official terminology and caption sets across all campaigns and communications
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between PR, social, and global marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
  • 4-10 years of demonstrable experience in media planning and execution
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics and ad tracking technologies
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data visualization capabilities
  • Basic understanding of retail business models and consumer dynamics
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong time management
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder communications and coordination across global and local teams
