Tiffany & Co. Media Manager in Paris: lead multi-channel media strategy for the France-Netherlands-Belgium-Monaco cluster.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across digital (social media, programmatic, display), traditional (print, OOH), and emerging media channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, media consumption habits, and market trends
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all media campaigns
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of media campaigns from brief development to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage media budgets to ensure optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI)
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and publishers to ensure favorable terms and high-quality service
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution across content, creative, ecommerce, and CRM functions
  • Present media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on media effectiveness and inform future planning
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in media planning and buying

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or similar roles with France focus; agency experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel media campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media advertising, programmatic) and traditional media
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with budget management and agency oversight
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
