Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels to maximize brand awareness and desirability, with particular focus on digital channels including display, paid social, programmatic, and search
  • Monitor and optimize day-to-day campaign fulfillment, leveraging Google Analytics and other performance data to refine campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Coordinate communications between global teams and local stakeholders, including landlords, publishers, and agencies, to ensure seamless asset preparation and delivery across all media channels
  • Identify and develop innovative media opportunities, premium positions, and never-before-executed formats and experiences across both online and offline channels
  • Manage owned social media channels including Facebook (Korea) and KakaoTalk, developing comprehensive content calendars aligned with both global and local brand campaigns
  • Create and publish social media content (3–4 postings weekly) with tailored creative assets for local platforms, coordinating with internal PR and global social teams
  • Analyze campaign results using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategic planning for subsequent campaigns
  • Oversee budget tracking, internal asset creation processes, and campaign planning workflows to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiency
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and direct channel partners, ensuring clear communication and performance expectations
  • Prepare comprehensive post-media buying reports, media spend analysis, competitive assessments, and performance tracking documentation for agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Process supplier payments in accordance with approved finance workflows and ensure accurate tracking of all media investments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, business, or related field
  • Minimum 4–10 years of professional experience in media planning, campaign execution, and integrated media strategy
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean at professional level
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and ad tracking technologies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Comprehensive understanding of multi-channel media environments and retail business fundamentals
