Role & Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and daily monitoring of 360° media campaigns for France, ensuring timely execution across channels (print, OOH, digital).
- Act as the primary contact for media agencies to collect, validate and clean investment and performance data for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain a daily register of campaign pacing and spend; aggregate post‑campaign metrics into dashboards and campaign benchmarks.
- Manage creative asset production and delivery for print and out‑of‑home placements, coordinating production calendars and asset modifications for site‑specific OOH executions (e.g., CDG airport, Le Bon Marché).
- Produce and distribute creative gazettes and communications to client advisors to align in‑store messaging and retail initiatives.
- Prepare and support Post‑Campaign Analysis (PCA) and Media Spend Reports (MSR); audit agency reports and reconcile spend with internal accounts.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (PR, CRM, e‑commerce, clienteling) and regional teams; attend meetings, take detailed minutes, circulate actions and follow up on deliverables.
- Track invoices and vendor payments, support monthly accounting reconciliation meetings, and ensure timely processing of supplier invoices.
- Monitor competitor media activity and summarize insights on creative trends and innovations in the luxury sector.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to translate and draft reliable copy in both languages.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning, extraction, visualization) and strong PowerPoint skills for clear presentation of insights.
- Excellent written communication and a flexible, client‑oriented interpersonal style.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet multiple reporting deadlines and work under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and curiosity for deriving actionable insights.
- Minimum six months of relevant professional experience (e.g., production coordinator, project manager, production assistant or media support role).
- Degree from a business school or university, preferably with a specialisation in communications, marketing or a related discipline.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship beginning September 2026 and possession of the mandatory French internship agreement (convention de stage).
