Tiffany & Co. Marketing Project Manager in Munich: Lead luxury brand projects across Media, Brand & PR for German-speaking markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional marketing projects from conception to rollout, including new store openings, cross-media partnerships, and campaign productions
  • Serve as strategic sparring partner to the PR & Communications Director in developing brand concepts and marketing measures for German-speaking markets and Czech Republic
  • Direct and synchronize marketing activities across Client Relations, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Retail departments to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Manage end-to-end planning and optimization of strategic media initiatives (Print, Digital, OOH, Custom Integrations) targeting luxury consumer journeys
  • Proactively identify and secure partnerships with exclusive platforms for client acquisition within the High-Net-Worth segment
  • Brief and manage top-tier creative and media agencies while enforcing quality standards and placement criteria
  • Oversee strategic conception and operational organization of large-scale brand events, exhibitions, and jewelry house retrospectives
  • Develop and implement tailored local content strategy that conveys brand DNA and storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with PR teams to create exclusive content for brand moments, store openings, events, and high-end editorial placements
  • Maintain budget management, monitor campaign KPIs, and prepare transparent performance reports and analyses for senior leadership
  • Continuously analyze luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify digital innovation opportunities

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion/Luxury Management, or comparable qualification
  • Proven track record executing complex major projects including store openings, campaign productions, large-scale brand events, and exhibitions
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing and public relations interplay in the premium segment
  • Extensive experience working with Retail, Client Relations, and Visual Merchandising departments
  • Strong ability to identify and build strategic partnerships with affluent customer segments
  • Excellent communication, moderation, and negotiation skills with sophisticated international stakeholders
  • Business fluent or native-level German and fluent English
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and luxury storytelling capability
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail and structured, solution-oriented approach
