Tiffany & Co. seeks an experienced Market Coordinator in Miami to support senior executives across 15 Southeast retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Market Vice President and Functional Team, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Act as primary point of contact, screening calls, managing correspondence, drafting professional emails and presentations, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and managing catering arrangements
- Assist with special projects, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders
- Process expense reports, track budgets, and reconcile financial records with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Skillfully manage access to executives, prioritizing requests and ensuring efficient use of their time
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, anticipate needs, and take initiative to ensure smooth regional operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and plan events
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives, with proven expertise in managing complex calendars, coordinating multi-location travel, and executing high-level events in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
