Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any safety incidents promptly.
  • Conduct root cause analysis by collecting and analyzing data, and implement corrective actions as approved.
  • Support process improvement projects focused on technology and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers to develop and update flow charts, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Utilize the Tulip application for process management and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques.
  • Proven experience in process improvement.
  • Ability to create mechanical drawings in CAD.
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.

Skills

Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks). Knowledge of GD&T and proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and vision systems.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques is required.

Education

Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
