Tiffany & Co. Manufacturing Data Governance Associate in Cumberland, RI – temporary ERP data integrity role supporting JDE system maintenance and accuracy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support execution and monitoring of recurring maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and process consistency
  • Identify, track, and document discrepancies or errors through maintenance reporting activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely resolution of data and system-related issues
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings, actions taken, and resolutions to support auditability and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to process standardization by following established procedures and suggesting improvements where recurring issues are identified

Qualifications

  • General understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Item Master Data
  • Excellent data analysis skills using Excel
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or engineering data support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, documentation control, or product configuration (preferred)
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or other modern ERP/MRP systems (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering data support, enterprise resource planning systems, documentation control, or product configuration is preferred; however, a bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent professional experience in ERP data support, manufacturing documentation, or product configuration.
