Tiffany & Co. seeks a Manager, Quality Management Systems in New York to lead global quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives. $122,500–$150,000 USD annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess operational excellence and competency levels; identify and execute actions to close performance gaps
  • Own product quality assurance metrics and quality data; utilize analytics to identify improvement solutions and recommend design or manufacturing modifications
  • Establish, update, maintain, and enforce quality assurance procedures and methods in compliance with applicable industry and regulatory requirements
  • Identify system failure risks and develop policies to mitigate those risks; drive sustainable quality improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure quality policies and procedures align with regulatory obligations
  • Conduct data analysis of quality performance trends; drive continuous improvement projects using disciplined metrics
  • Ensure effective management of Product and Client Quality Management processes, including management reviews, issue resolution, CAPA systems, change control, and design quality support
  • Develop and implement quality tools and processes including Quality Risk Management (QRM), supplier assessment and audit protocols, and deviation trend management
  • Assure proper change management protocols for validated processes
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement projects and global harmonization initiatives
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, develop resource strategies, and evaluate QA/QC operational approaches aligned with corporate and supply chain objectives
  • Maintain awareness of industry standards and advanced analytics in quality management
  • Establish clear communication pathways with stakeholders and foster effective cross-functional partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Material Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent related professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership expertise in team building and personnel development
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management System principles and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with quality assurance processes and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency in coding languages including Python, MATLAB, or VBA
  • Strong foundational knowledge in mechanical analysis and material science
  • Fluent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power Apps, Access) and Power BI
