Tiffany & Co. seeks a Manager, Pop Up Design in New York to lead experiential retail activations and seasonal experiences with creative vision and project excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the concepting and design of retail activations including pop-ups and pop-ins in collaboration with senior leadership
- Oversee complete design development from initial sketches through 3D models, renderings, and production-ready presentations
- Present concept options to creative leadership for approval and refinement of design direction
- Manage projects from brief receipt through installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of experiential activations
- Own budget oversight for seasonal R&D initiatives and freelance contractors
- Collaborate with internal production teams on design direction, technical drawings, and prototype feedback
- Lead and develop 1–2 direct-report designers, providing mentorship, training, and guidance focused on growth and project excellence
- Maintain clear communication with regional and market teams to align designs with business objectives and activation briefs
- Conduct regular project updates and presentations to leadership, ensuring timely approvals and accurate progress tracking
- Support on-site installations and attend project walk-throughs (virtual or in-person) to provide design direction and feedback
- Travel as required for project management and on-site oversight
Qualifications
- 5+ years of specialized experience in display, pop-up, and in-store design
- Creative background or formal qualification in a relevant design discipline
- Proven experience designing for luxury fashion or jewelry retail environments
- Proficiency in illustration, including freehand sketching and technical drawing
- Advanced 3D CAD skills (Rhino, Keyshot, and/or Vectorworks)
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to interpret floor plans, architectural elevations, construction drawings, and technical visualizations
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Detail-oriented, solution-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mac literacy including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience
Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in display, pop-up, and in-store design, with demonstrated success in luxury fashion or jewelry retail environments. Candidate should have a proven track record managing complex design projects from concept through production execution.
Education
Creative background or formal qualification in an appropriate design field such as interior design, spatial design, retail design, or related discipline.
