Tiffany & Co. seeks a strategic HR Business Partner Manager in Dallas to lead North America HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational strategy for the luxury watches and jewelry retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide HR oversight to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives supporting business success and global HR mission
- Utilize functional expertise to ensure consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations and benefits situations
- Manage organizational risk through application and implementation of HR policies and practices
- Lead external recruitment efforts, balancing short-term staffing needs with long-term talent planning and workforce diversification
- Identify strategic positions and maintain talent action plans encompassing succession planning, external recruiting, and bench strength assessment
- Maximize internal talent development through one-on-one conversations, meetings, and career path planning
- Act as communication conduit between key leaders to identify and develop initiatives addressing strategic staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, and organizational redesign
- Oversee project management to ensure alignment between global and regional HR initiatives
- Assess and improve operational efficiencies of HR processes and procedures
- Drive quality HR service and support across all organizational levels
- Conduct local industry compensation analysis and identify trends to ensure competitive benefit programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist background
- Strong leadership presence and proven experience managing diverse groups
- Demonstrated expertise and proven success in HR service delivery
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Advanced project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Advanced degree or additional related work experience (preferred)
- Experience with HR metrics, creative sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on HR Generalist background with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational design. Experience in retail, luxury goods, or multi-brand environments strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
