Tiffany & Co. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Manager for the South Asia Pacific Regional Office in Singapore—lead HR strategy, talent management and regional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for Regional Office leaders and employees, translating business priorities into practical people plans and providing commercially grounded advice across the employee lifecycle
- Lead annual headcount and labour-cost planning, budgeting and reforecasting for the Regional Office in partnership with Finance and function leaders
- Maintain accurate data and provide meaningful analysis on headcount, turnover, vacancies, talent movement, engagement and other people indicators to support strategic planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from role scoping through appointment, including job descriptions, candidate assessment, interview coordination and selection; build proactive pipelines for critical roles
- Coordinate local and international transfers, relocation and immigration requirements; deliver effective onboarding experiences for new employees
- Drive annual performance, succession and talent review processes; coach leaders on objective setting, performance management, calibration and succession planning
- Identify capability gaps and partner with leaders to define development solutions; facilitate access to regional, corporate and LVMH programmes
- Provide advice on policies, employment practices, contracts and local legislation; coach managers through conduct, grievance and performance improvement matters
- Lead engagement surveys and action planning; coordinate wellbeing, inclusion, recognition and employee committee initiatives
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits and Payroll on salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, benefits communication and payroll matters
- Coordinate and animate the South Asia Pacific HR community, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets
- Maintain the annual regional HR calendar; develop agendas, capture decisions and ensure timely follow-up on actions
- Lead communication and implementation of regional HR priorities across talent, learning, engagement, inclusion and mobility
- Act as the key regional point of contact for LVMH HR matters, liaising with Group and Maison stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least seven years' broad HR experience in a regional, luxury retail or similarly fast-paced environment
- Strong generalist capability across business partnering, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations and reward
- Proven project and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate a regional community and deliver through influence across cultures and markets
- Commercial and analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to translate people data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal English; clear, credible and engaging communication at all organisational levels
- Highly organised, collaborative and adaptable with sound judgement, discretion and a strong client-service mindset

Minimum 10 years of broad HR experience, ideally in a regional, luxury retail or similarly fast-paced environment, with demonstrated expertise in business partnering, workforce planning, talent management and HR operations.
