Tiffany & Co. seeks a Temporary Manager, Global Marketing in New York to lead 360-degree marketing strategies for key luxury jewelry initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of 360-degree marketing and communications strategies for regional and global key initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Retail Excellence, Events, Customer Value Management, PR, Creative, Clienteling, Media, and Omnichannel teams
- Serve as Single Point of Contact and project owner for regional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global brand cohesion while accommodating local market nuance and strategic adaptations
- Orchestrate go-to-market marketing approaches for jewelry and lifestyle categories, providing clear strategic direction across Creative Operations, Media, PR, Omnichannel, Legal, HR, and Category Merchandising functions
- Monitor and optimize cross-channel campaign performance throughout all initiatives, synthesizing learnings and presenting actionable insights and future recommendations to senior management
- Present comprehensive communications plans and strategic briefs to VPs and C-Suite leadership with confidence, clarity, and executive presence
- Proactively identify marketing and communications opportunities to enrich the broader global marketing strategy and elevate brand relevance and distinctiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Global Marketing
- Demonstrated appreciation and understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style, and design disciplines
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and liaise effectively across teams and management levels
- Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience analyzing data and insights
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with executive presence
- Cultural awareness and demonstrated understanding of regional differences with flexibility to work across international time zones

Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in global marketing, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing 360-degree marketing and communications strategies. The candidate should possess a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within luxury retail or brand environments, with proven ability to synthesize market data and competitive insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required. A background in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is expected.
