Tiffany & Co. seeks a Manager of Gemstones and Enamel in Paris, France to oversee jewelry sourcing and supplier management across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and account portfolio for colored stones and enamel suppliers
  • Monitor and assess requests for pricing, technical specifications, and capacity-building on new product projects
  • Coordinate interfaces between tier-one finished goods suppliers and tier-two gemstone and enamel suppliers across specifications, ramp-up timelines, and cost structures
  • Monitor supplier performance across cost, delivery, and quality metrics while identifying market availability, capability strengths, and service consistency
  • Establish and monitor long-term supplier strategies in alignment with organizational growth objectives
  • Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, and service level agreements to optimize cost and value
  • Explore and evaluate new supplier opportunities to drive innovation, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Tiffany & Co.'s ethical and responsible sourcing standards
  • Maintain sourcing and planning process standards and champion continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional and international counterparts
  • Lead transformation projects requiring direct supplier engagement and support industrial performance optimization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in jewelry and gemstones sourcing or procurement
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and supply chain planning functions
  • Gemologist certification or equivalent professional qualification in gemstones
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or French is a significant advantage
  • Strong communication and instructional capabilities
