Tiffany & Co. hiring Marketing FP&A Manager in New York to lead strategic marketing investment oversight, budget management, and financial analysis for global marketing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial partnership with CMO and VP-level marketing leadership to develop and manage Central and Regional budgets, including annual budget development, revisions, 3-Year Strategic Plans, and monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Design and implement robust budget equations for key marketing areas including Global Marketing, Global Media, Global Production, Global Special Events, Global PR, Global Customer Value Management, and Global Client Relations
- Conduct quarterly Central marketing budget reviews with the CMO, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to align critical campaign initiative funding and maximize ROI
- Analyze worldwide marketing spend (month-to-date and year-to-date) in collaboration with international partners to understand activities, identify variances, and optimize spend timing
- Synthesize global spending insights into comprehensive monthly reports with actionable commentary for distribution to CFO, CMO, and LVMH leadership
- Consolidate worldwide marketing budgets by collaborating with regional partners and Central teams to accurately estimate monthly and quarterly spend
- Manage all approved incremental and reallocated marketing funds at regional and market levels in coordination with the CMO, monitoring performance and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Oversee Central business unit monthly reporting and the monthly close process, ensuring accurate expense recording and supported accruals
- Maintain and enhance the global marketing tracker to provide consolidated worldwide visibility of marketing spend by channel and product category
- Research and implement next-generation ERP solutions to streamline the budget consolidation process
- Produce quarterly event ROI reports demonstrating the relationship between marketing investment and committed sales growth, presenting findings to CMO
- Act as a financial systems subject matter expert overseeing financial reporting systems and serving as key liaison to IT teams
- Collaborate with Power BI and Global Financial Solutions groups to implement new reports, automate existing processes, and troubleshoot reporting errors
- Lead and mentor a seasonal intern and potentially one Marketing FP&A Analyst
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis with strong emphasis on Marketing Finance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated confidence in collaborating, influencing, and presenting to senior management and executive leadership
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and leading financial professionals
- Impeccable presentation skills with ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex financial data with clarity and impact
- Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight, taking full ownership of responsibilities from conception to completion
- Creative thinking with demonstrated willingness to challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement in financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial planning systems
- Expertise with robust data visualization tools such as Power BI

Experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Finance and a demonstrated understanding of marketing investments and their impact on business outcomes. Proven track record of leading financial teams and managing complex financial initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA designation is preferred and demonstrates advanced financial acumen.
