Tiffany & Co. seeks Manager, Client Relations Events in New York. Execute retail activations, coordinate vendor logistics, and manage client experiences across North America. $120K–$140K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute on-site setup, run-of-show, and breakdown for all Americas-led regional retail events and client activations
  • Serve as primary brand partner for all Client Relations market-led retail activations, collaborating with regional teams and championing brand elevation across initiatives
  • Act as liaison between global teams, communicating brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset alignment for all in-store client events and animations
  • Develop and maintain dedicated Americas-specific guidelines for evergreen and special event activations
  • Coordinate directly with vendors, store teams, merchandising, logistics, security, and operations to confirm event-day logistics and support product staging
  • Manage event-level task lists, timelines, and deliverables, flagging delays or issues to the team promptly
  • Maintain accurate event files, manifestos, timelines, vendor contacts, and run-of-show documentation for assigned events
  • Gather and compile pre-event proposals and post-event data including attendance, feedback, and sales metrics for reporting
  • Manage and communicate retail activation budgets, monitoring market actuals and individual event spending
  • Provide polished, professional client-facing presence during live event execution

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in event support, coordination, or hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks
  • Clear, professional communication skills with vendors and clients
  • Ability to work composed and adaptable during live event execution
  • Reliable in following established processes and checklists
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships with store teams and vendors
  • Proactive in flagging issues rather than allowing problems to escalate
  • Effective time management across multiple simultaneous tasks within single events
  • Exposure to event, retail, or hospitality industry with familiarity to luxury client service standards (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of luxury events competitive landscape (preferred)
  • Flexibility for out-of-business-hours work, multitasking, and working under tight deadlines (preferred)
