Maintenance Technician position at Tiffany & Co. in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. Permanent role managing electrical equipment and refrigeration systems maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventive maintenance routines on electrical equipment and installations
- Install new equipment according to company requirements and specifications
- Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during all preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Perform corrective maintenance as required on industrial systems
- Complete detailed reports documenting all maintenance work performed
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections of company facilities and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Technologist qualification in Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in related maintenance positions
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electricity and electrical controls
- Proven knowledge of basic PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming
- Verified competency in domestic and industrial refrigeration systems
- Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in maintenance or related technical positions, preferably in industrial electrical systems or facility maintenance environments.
Education
Technologist certification or diploma in Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, or a closely related field.
