Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform in-house project and fabrication work.
- Repair and maintain process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Assist in the management of the Building Management System and Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Procure necessary parts and supplies, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Adhere to Tiffany & Co.'s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills in machinery, mechanical, and electrical areas.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and power tool usage.
- Working knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and technology.
- Good computer skills, with PLC experience being advantageous.
