Role & Responsibilities
- Operate laser inscription equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Support risk mitigation and processing for all qualifying diamonds into the Grading Lab using Sarine technology.
- Perform sizing and sorting of diamonds, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance, coordinating routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
- Lead training sessions on machine operation and maintain SOP documentation.
- Support TCO/Laurelton partners in resolving equipment issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2-3 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines or technological equipment
- Ability to work in a technical environment for extended periods
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision

Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines and/or technological equipment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
