Loss Prevention Supervisor at Tiffany & Co. in Vancouver—lead security operations and protect luxury retail assets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the security team to maintain Global Protection Standards and drive security culture across key metrics including MPS, door coverage, employee awareness training, and safety protocols
- Ensure all physical security systems and equipment (CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, keys, perimeter doors/gates) are functioning to standard and manage all maintenance schedules and repair follow-up
- Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities and optimize security schedules to maximize coverage during peak hours, events, overnight operations, and facilities support
- Serve as point person for Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management, ensuring readiness and rapid response capabilities
- Coach and manage the security team to deliver exceptional client experiences by maintaining professional demeanor, acknowledging clients upon entry and exit, and providing consistent, gracious greetings
- Conduct vulnerability evaluations and other security assessments as directed by Security Management to identify and mitigate potential risks
Qualifications
- Valid Security License required
- High School Diploma minimum
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Highest level of personal integrity
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees both verbally and in writing
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with security systems technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience, with one to two years in a security-related position emphasizing customer service preferred; prior experience in a retail or security environment strongly valued.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 33.70 per hour.
