Tiffany & Co. Loss Prevention Professional role in Toronto—secure environment, client service, and security operations (CAD $20.57–$28.83/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times
- Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, delivering memorable in-store experiences
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and support store sales objectives
- Demonstrate brand values and Client Experience Behaviors during every customer interaction
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures
- Execute security inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, key access verification, and report submissions daily
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and communications
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and respond to client feedback
Qualifications
- Valid Security License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Retail or security environment experience (preferred)
- One year prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; prior retail or security environment experience is preferred, with at least one year in a security-related position highly valued.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; valid Security License mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 28.83 per hour.
